CANCELLATION POLICY
It is important that if you are unable to keep the appointment that you cancel with as much notice as possible. This will provide another client the opportunity to see us sooner.
If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice there will be no charge. If cancellation is within 48 hours of the appointment, half the cost of the appointment will be charged to you. Failure to attend without cancellation will result in the full fee being charged to you. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances after services have been provided.

ARRIVAL
We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. In the case of your being late your treatment time may be shortened.

PRICES
All prices are subject to change, but prior notice of price updates will be notified to clients before service provision/agreement.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
At WhiteSpace we accept cash and cheque payment.
Direct deposit in our account is also possible before your treatment.
